A Celebration and Reflection on 147 Years of Spiritual Service
Our historic church, established in 1879, has ministered to the communities of Alberton|Daniels for 147 years. Even after the C.R. Daniels company relocated, faithful members of the church continued to worship here. Despite our efforts over the years to attract new members, our congregation has aged and dwindled to just a few members. As we announced in June we will be closing our doors on October 1, 2026 and the property will be turned over to the United Methodist Conference. The fate of our historic building is uuncertain.
