DESCRIPTION:Our historic church\, established in 1879\, has ministered to t
 he communities of Alberton|Daniels for 147 years. Even after the C.R. Dani
 els company relocated\, faithful members of the church continued to worshi
 p here. Despite  our efforts over the years to attract new members\, our 
 congregation has aged and dwindled to just a few members.  As we announce
 d in June we will be closing our doors on October 1\, 2026 and the propert
 y will be turned over to the United Methodist Conference.  The fate of ou
 r historic building is uuncertain.\nBefore that time we wish to celebrate 
 the the past glorious history of Gary Memorial and we hope you will join u
